Free offline billing software for PC
SutaNutan ShopKeeper is billing software that runs on your own computer with no internet. It is free for life time — no trial, no licence key, no yearly fee — and it is made in India for small shops that bill with GST.
Install free — Life Time FreeWhy offline billing on the PC
An online billing app stops when the internet stops, keeps your books on someone else’s server, and sends a bill for that every year. SutaNutan ShopKeeper is installed once and then works with the cable pulled out: the bills, the stock and the customer dues are on your computer, and a bill is never held up by a network that is down.

How to download it on a PC
There is no .exe and no setup file. Open sutanutan.com in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, press Install, and press Install again in the box the browser shows. That is the whole download: an icon appears on the desktop and in the Start menu, and the software opens in its own window from then on.
- Windows 10 and 11 — desktop, Start menu and taskbar.
- Mac — opens from Launchpad and can be kept in the Dock.
- Ubuntu and other Linux — with Chrome or Edge for Linux; it shows in the list of applications.
- Android phone or tablet — from Chrome, onto the home screen.
Windows 7 and 8 cannot run today’s Chrome, so the software does not run there either. Updates arrive by themselves whenever the computer is online, and an update never touches your books.
What it does
- GST sale bills — CGST/SGST or IGST, HSN summary, amount in words, your logo; printed on A4, A5 or an 80 mm thermal roll.
- Purchase entry from a scan — give it the supplier’s bill as a PDF or a photo and it reads every line, with no internet.
- Batch-wise stock with expiry — the oldest batch is billed first, and an expiry report warns before stock turns into a loss.
- Barcode and QR labels — print them, then scan to bill.
- GSTR-1 — Excel and the CSV files the GST offline tool imports.
- Dues bill by bill — part payments, advances and party statements.
- Sale and purchase returns — against the bill line, as a credit note or debit note; stock and dues set right.
- Backup — one zip file with everything, to keep on a pen drive.
Each of these has a short video, in English and Hindi, on the install page.
Questions
Is it really free billing software for PC?
Yes, for life time. There is no paid version, no charge per bill and no feature kept behind a payment. If anybody asks you for money for this software, do not pay them.
Does it need internet?
Only once, to install it. After that it opens and bills with no internet at all.
Is there a free download for Windows 10 and 11?
Yes. Open sutanutan.com in Chrome or Edge and press Install — that puts it on the PC like any other program. There is no .exe file to download.
Where are my bills kept?
On your own computer, inside the browser’s storage. Nothing is uploaded. Clearing the browser’s data removes them, so take a backup and keep the zip somewhere safe.
