Billing software for fertilizer, pesticide and seed shops
Made in a fertilizer shop, for agri input dealers: insecticide, fungicide, herbicide, seeds and fertilizer — bought and sold batch by batch, with the dates on every bill. Free for life time, and offline.
Install free — Life Time FreeBatch and expiry on every purchase and every bill
Every batch carries its own batch number, manufacturing date and expiry date. They go in with the purchase and come out on the sale bill. While billing, the oldest batch is picked first, and stock can never go below what is really in the godown.
Purchase from the company’s bill
A distributor’s bill for a dozen products and twenty batches does not need an evening of typing. Scan it or take a photo, and the software reads the supplier, the invoice number and every line — batch, dates, quantity, rate — for you to check and save. New products, batches and suppliers are made from the bill by themselves. It all happens on your computer, with no internet.
Expiry report before the season ends
See what has expired, and what expires in 30, 90, 180 or 365 days, so pesticide is returned or moved before it becomes a loss. Minimum-stock alerts show what to order before it runs out.
Credit to farmers, bill by bill
Sell on credit and take part payments; each payment is set against the bill it pays, and advances are adjusted against later bills. A bag that comes back is a sale return against the bill it went out on: it goes back into its batch and comes off what the farmer owes. A party statement shows any customer what is due.
GST and GSTR-1
Tax invoices with CGST/SGST or IGST and HSN codes, printed on A4, A5 or an 80 mm roll; and GSTR-1 at the month end as Excel and the GST offline tool’s CSV files.
Questions
Does it keep batch number and expiry for pesticides?
Yes. Every purchase line and every sale bill line carries the batch number, manufacturing date and expiry date.
Can it handle a bag and a bottle of different sizes?
Yes. Each size is a product of its own with its own unit — BAG, BTL, KGS, MLT, PCS and so on — and its own batches.
Does it need internet in a village shop?
No. Internet is needed once, to install it. After that it works with none.
